La dictaci\u00f3n de la ley N\u00b021.030 sobre interrupci\u00f3n voluntaria del embarazo establece un r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico especial frente a esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Se presenta como una repuesta del legislador frente a la necesidad cl\u00ednica y social de interrumpir un embarazo en determinadas circunstancias precisas y terminadas. Se han establecido tres causales que se pueden invocar para que este procedimiento pueda practicarse en forma legal.<\/p>\n
